Atlas NextWave joins forces with Avedon Capital Partners
Avedon Capital Partners (“Avedon”) has signed an agreement to acquire Atlas NextWave in partnership with its management team. Atlas NextWave is a global provider of workforce solutions to the renewables, energy, and marine sectors. The partnership marks the next phase of Atlas NextWave’s development as a leading global platform supporting complex, international projects.
Founded in 1982 and headquartered in the Netherlands, Atlas NextWave is a global provider of workforce solutions to leading international clients in the renewables, energy, and marine sectors. The company supports complex international projects across the full project lifecycle: from initial development and financing to engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning, with a particular strength in offshore environments. Atlas NextWave combines deep expertise in deploying highly skilled blue-collar professionals with white-collar capabilities, supporting over 3,000 professionals on a daily basis and delivering more than 8,000 placements annually. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the coming months.
