The acquisition strengthens Esprit ICT’s position in the south of the Netherlands and further expands its expertise in digital workplace solutions, data communications, and IT security. Veerman ICT Services has been a strategic IT partner for mid-market organizations in southern Netherlands for over 20 years. Director Ivan Peeters will remain closely involved following the acquisition, while co-founder Johan van Eekelen will be stepping down from the organization.
